Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns after an order has been purchased and delivered.
Exchanges may only be requested on the same day the order is delivered. Exchange requests submitted more than 24 hours after the recorded delivery time will not be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Returned with its original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that have been used, opened, damaged, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for checking their order immediately upon delivery. Any incorrect, damaged, or defective item must be reported on the same day of delivery, with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may select another available item of the same value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Delivery or collection charges related to an exchange may apply unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
