Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders must be paid in full, including the applicable delivery charge shown on the checkout page, before the order can be confirmed and processed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the delivery fee displayed at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated based on the customer’s delivery area and may vary depending on the location, distance, or courier service fees.

Orders are delivered through an independent third-party delivery company. Once an order has been handed over to the delivery company, the delivery process, timing, and transportation of the order are managed by the courier.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, location, courier availability, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their full name, phone number, address, area, and location details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If the delivery company is unable to contact the customer or complete the delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

The final delivery charge may change if the customer changes the delivery address or if the location provided is different from the area selected during checkout. Any additional delivery fee must be paid before delivery is completed.
